Mair offers a complete range of 6 and 10 roll straightening machines employed for ERW, seamless and drawn tubes. Tubes may be plain end or upset end and diameters range from 6 to 340mm.Mair straightening machines are highly productive and assure an excellent level of straightness and ovality along the entire tube length. Adjustment procedures take place automatically once the parameters have been set in the HMI operator panel.
A special feature allows the roller cleaning operation to take place in conditions of total safety and under operator supervision. Each roller is individually motorised and speed controlled besides adjustable in work angle; all these settings may be optimised and stored for each product and the result is the excellent surface quality and minimisation of roller wear.
