CENTRELESS GRINDING MACHINES

Mair Research produces centreless grinding machines; models include two driven wheels and one driven / one idle wheel models which are proposed according to the requirement of the customer.
When wheel redressing is required, this can take placed automatically due to a feature which is implemented in all our machines. The redressing takes shape of the requested profile.
Strict attention is paid to handling of bars to avoid superficial marking and denting.
Work diameters range up to 220mm bar diameter.
Precision of up to h5 on finished material may be achieved.
